New Zealand

Most of New Zealand is either too mountainous or too wet to grow grapes; however, due to the intelligence of the wine makers, there are around ten winegrowing regions. Most of them are on the sunny east coast, both North and South Island. Marlborough, Hawkes Bay, Wellingotn are some of the famous regions. Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc are two most popular varieties in the area. Wines in New Zealand can always reflect the wine making technique used and this makes the quality of the wines very stable. New Zealand’s wine is always value for money!
