The brewing materials of‭ ‬National Cellar 1573‭ ‬include waxy red‭ ‬sorghum‭ ‬which is only produced in Luzhou at southern Sichuan‭, ‬complemented with‭ ‬different‭ ‬yeasts starter of over 600‭ ‬kinds.
